Hi. this is Diane and Jay, we are the retreat coordinators for this Easter retreat. The retreat is being planned to be a silent weekend with a combination of traditional methods of sitting meditation, enjoyment of the beautiful natural setting and lots of mindfulness practice . The retreat will be led by William Tsao our Senior Dharma teacher who has over 16 years experience.
